Registering your child for Lango classes

Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding, then fill out the information below to register your child for a class. 

Photo/Video Release

We would like to promote our classes through the use of photos and video taken during classes and at school or outside events. Such promotion would include:  usage on our Facebook site, press releases, commercials, website, displays, presentations, and training. 

There is a drop down box below to indicate whether or not you agree to release photos and videos of you and/or your child to Lango for use in all commercial and training purposes, without any compensation.
